AliBuy Return & Refund Policy
At AliBuy, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. Our return and refund policy is designed to be transparent and user-friendly, providing clear guidelines for various scenarios.
1. Standard Return Policy

Return Window: Most items purchased from AliBuy can be returned within 10 days of delivery.

Condition: Items should be in new and unused condition, with all original packaging, accessories, and documentation included.

Exceptions: Certain products, such as perishable goods, digital downloads, and personalized items, may be non-returnable.
2. Holiday Return Policy

Extended Return Period: For items purchased between November 1 and December 31, the return window is extended until January 31 of the following year.

Apple Brand Products: Returns for Apple brand products purchased during this period are accepted until January 15 of the following year.
3. Return Process

Initiation: To initiate a return, visit the AliBuy Returns Center on our website.

Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, you will receive a return shipping label and instructions.

Shipping Deadline: After receiving return authorization, you have 15 days to ship the item back to us.
4. Return Shipping Costs

AliBuy Error: If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., defective or incorrect item), AliBuy covers the return shipping costs.

Customer Preference: If the return is due to a change of mind or other reasons not attributable to AliBuy, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
5. Refund Process

Inspection: Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return conditions.

Processing Time: Refunds are typically processed within 3 to 5 business days after inspection.

Refund Method: Funds will be returned to your original payment method.
6. Exchanges

AliBuy does not offer direct exchanges. To obtain a different item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.
7. Returning Gifts

Gift Returns: Gift recipients can return items marked as gifts at the time of purchase. The type of refund or credit you receive depends on how the gift was purchased and how it’s returned. Gift recipients won’t be eligible for exchanges or instant refunds.
8. Returning Gift Cards

Non-Returnable: Gift Cards are non-returnable after purchase, except as required by law.
9. Returning AliBuy Devices

Return Window: AliBuy-branded devices and their accompanying accessories can be returned within 15 days of receipt, provided they are in new condition.

Refund Method: Once your return is processed, we’ll send an AliBuy Gift Card in the amount of the returned item(s) to the email address you enter on the Returns Center form. If you’re the gift giver, you’ll receive a refund to the original payment method.

Order Number: You’ll need the order number to complete the returns process; this can be found on the packing slip. If you don’t have an order number, please contact us.
10. Returning Baby Items and Toys

Return Window: Eligible baby items and toys can be returned within 15 days of receipt.

Baby Registry Gifts: Gifts purchased from a Baby Registry can be returned within 120 days after receipt.

Condition: Returns should be in new and unopened condition.

Shipping Costs: You won’t be charged return shipping costs for your return.
11. Returning Breast Pumps

Return Window: Breast pumps can be returned within 15 days of delivery if purchased from AliBuy, and within 10 days if purchased from a seller.

12. Returning Customized Products

Non-Returnable: Customized products are non-returnable but may be refunded or replaced within 20 days of delivery at AliBuy’s discretion if they are damaged, defective, or materially different from what was ordered.
13. Returning Electronics

Return Window: Electronics can be returned within 20 days of delivery.

Condition: Items must be in new condition with original packaging and accessories.

Serial Numbers: Products missing the serial number or UPC cannot be accepted; refunds will not be issued for such items.

Data Removal: Before returning items on which you’ve saved personal information, such as laptops or cameras, erase this information completely.
14. Returning Televisions

Return Window: Televisions can be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Condition: The TV must be in new condition with the original packaging and accessories.

Large TVs: AliBuy is happy to accept returns for large TVs that are shipped via a specialty shipper. These items require a special type of return and cannot be returned with a pre-paid return mailing label like standard shipments.
15. Returning Grocery Items and Pet Food

Non-Returnable: Grocery items and pet food are non-returnable, but may be refunded or replaced.
16. Returning Hazardous Materials

Non-Returnable: Hazardous materials, including flammable liquids or gases, are non-returnable. Contact the manufacturer directly for service, warranty, return, and refund information.
17. Returning Jewellery and Watches

Value Over $75: Jewellery items and watches with a value of $75 or more should be returned using a trackable shipping method.

Documentation: All product packaging and certificates must be returned with the item.

Condition: Items must be in new and unworn condition. Items that have been resized, damaged, or otherwise altered after delivery will not be accepted for return.
18. Returning Mattresses

Unopened Mattresses: Unopened mattresses in original packaging are returnable.

Opened Mattresses: Unboxed, expanded, and full-size mattresses are not returnable to AliBuy. If you’re not satisfied with the quality of the product, we will issue you a full refund within 30 days of receipt.
19. Removal of Personal Data

Responsibility: Before returning any item, please ensure all personal data is removed. AliBuy is not responsible for any personal data left on returned items.
20. Returning Shipments without a Packing Slip

No Packing Slip: If you ordered an item that you want to return but can’t find the packing slip, you can still return it via our Returns Center. You’ll be asked to select the relevant order from Your Account.

Gifts: If you want to return an item that was given to you as a gift, you can also return it via our Returns Center. However, you will first need to ask the person who purchased the gift for you for the order number.
